OUTSIDE CONTACTS <br /> 5 6.1 CONTRACTOR shall immediately inform ADMINISTRATOR of any inquiry <br /> <br /> 6 from an elected official, their representative, participant advocate, or the <br /> 7 press, and immediately provide information to ADMINISTRATOR for assistance in <br /> <br /> 8 coordinating a response. <br /> 9 6.2 CONTRACTOR shall consult with ADMINISTRATOR prior to initiating <br /> <br /> 10 contact with an elected official, their representative, participant advocate, <br /> i <br /> 11 or the press regarding programs provided under this contract. <br /> 12 7. FACILITIES <br /> <br /> 13 7.1 It is mutually understood that VTR and WEX activities shall be <br /> 14 provided at a variety of facilities/work sites throughout Orange County, as j <br /> I <br /> 15 defined by CONTRACTOR. It is mutually understood that participants will be <br /> 16 referred to CONTRACTOR at the following facility; <br /> Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center <br /> 17 <br /> 1000 E. Santa Ana Blvd., Suite 200 <br /> 18 Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br /> 19 7.2 Participants will have access to the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center <br /> 20 where they can access a wide variety of resources including labor market <br /> <br /> 21 information and job vacancy listings. They will also have full access to <br /> 22 computers with Internet connectivity, telephones, faxes, and copy machines. <br /> <br /> 23 7.3 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may mutually agree in writing to add, <br /> 24 change, modify, or delete facility locations as necessary to best serve the <br /> <br /> 25 needs of participants and ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> 26 8. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> 27 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall maintain records, collect data, and provide <br /> 28 reports mandated by Federal and State governments and as may be required by <br /> i <br /> <br /> (WAM08A11) 7 of 18 (December 22, 2011) <br /> i <br /> 20B-49 <br />
