Agreement with OCTA for Federal Transit Authority Section 5307 Funding <br />for Secure Bike Parking Systems Project 13-6791 <br />December 3, 2012 <br />Page 2 <br />Recipients of FTA funds are required to ensure compliance with federal regulations and, <br />specifically, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Meeting this requirement entails adoption of a <br />formal Title VI Program that responds completely to the requisites and guidelines specified in <br />Circular FTA C 4702.1B. Staff is requesting that Council adopt the Title VI Plan for the City of <br />Santa Ana as submitted in Exhibit 3. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />FTA Section 5307 funds have been appropriated in the FY 12/13 CIP in the Select Street <br />Construction Account (05917660-66220).
