<br />Mr. Jensen has extensive experience
<br />in project management, siting,
<br />environmental planning, permitting,
<br />public involvement, and agency
<br />coordination for a wide variety of
<br />infrastructure projects and resource
<br />management planning throughout the
<br />United States. He has worked on or
<br />managed over 100 NEPA
<br />Environmental Assessments (EAs)
<br />and EISs in his career, and has
<br />worked on nearly 100 transmission
<br />line projects, in addition to dozens of
<br />renewable energy projects of all
<br />types. This includes leading several
<br />EIRs for projects in California. Mr.
<br />Jensen specializes in management of
<br />interdisciplinary teams that help
<br />industry and agencies solve
<br />regulatory and planning issues and
<br />meet critical deadlines and agency
<br />approvals. He has extensive
<br />experience working with state, federal
<br />and local agencies, conducting EAs,
<br />EISs and state siting projects,

<br />Ms. Cadavona is an environmental
<br />planner and public involvement
<br />coordinator who manages the
<br />environmental permitting process under
<br />federal and state guidelines. Her
<br />experience includes developing
<br />planning materials, report preparation,
<br />identification of impacts fiom
<br />transportation, electrical transmission,
<br />and other projects, and preparation of
<br />mitigation measures to reduce their
<br />impacts on the natural and human
<br />environments under NEPA and CEQA
<br />guidelines. Prior to joining POWER,
<br />Karen was an Associate Environmental
<br />Planner at Caltrans, District 7 for four
<br />years where she assisted in the
<br />preparation of Preliminary
<br />Environmental Analysis Reports
<br />(PEARS) and Preliminary
<br />Environmental Study (PES) Forms;
<br />local agency reviews; public noticing
<br />and outreach materials; and also
<br />assisted local agencies with CEQA and
<br />NEPA compliance pursuant to
<br />Caltrans' Local Assistance program.
<br />She has also prepared various sections
<br />for EISs, EAs, EIRs, MNDs, and Initial
<br />Studies (ISs) and has coordinated the
<br />public involvement process.
<br />Kim Quinn

<br />Ms. Quinn is an environmental
<br />planner experienced in environmental
<br />documentation and analysis consistent
<br />with CEQA and NEPA. Ms. Quinn
<br />has also prepared additional
<br />environmental documentation specific
<br />to Caltrans requirements. Her
<br />CEQA/NEPA expertise incorporates
<br />areas essential to project approval
<br />including land use planning, air
<br />quality/climate change, cultural
<br />resources, biological resources, visual
<br />analysis, water quality, hazards and
<br />hazardous materials, noise, utilities
<br />and service systems, and
<br />traffic/transportation. Ms. Quinn has
<br />worked directly with a variety of
<br />interested and affected parties
<br />including Caltrans, various local
<br />planning, and development
<br />departments, and independent
<br />developers. Her project experience
<br />encompasses a diverse range of
<br />projects crossing multiple
<br />jurisdictional boundaries.
