OUTSIDE CONTACTS <br />6.1 CONTRACTOR shall immediately inform ADMINISTRATOR of any inquiry <br />from an elected official, their representative, participant advocate, or the <br />press, and immediately provide information to ADMINISTRATOR for assistance in <br />coordinating a response. <br />6.2 CONTRACTOR shall consult with ADMINISTRATOR prior to initiating <br />contact with an elected official, their representative, participant advocate, <br />or the press regarding programs provided under this contract. <br />7. FACILITIES <br />7.1 It is mutually understood that VTR and WEX activities shall be <br />provided at a variety of facilities/work sites throughout Orange County, as <br />defined by CONTRACTOR. It is mutually understood that participants will be <br />referred to CONTRACTOR at the following facility: <br />Santa Ana WORK Center <br />1000 E. Santa Ana Blvd., Suite 200 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />7.2 Participants will have access to the Santa Ana WORK Center where <br />they can access a wide variety of resources including labor market information <br />and job vacancy listings. They will also have full access to computers with <br />Internet connectivity, telephones, faxes, and copy machines. <br />7.3 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may mutually agree in writing to add, <br />change, modify, or delete facility locations as necessary to best serve the <br />needs of participants and ADMINISTRATOR. <br />8. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br />8.1 CONTRACTOR shall maintain records, collect data, and provide <br />reports mandated by Federal and State governments and as may be required by <br />ADMINISTRATOR. Reporting requirements shall include all reports and data <br />collection that is required to track goals and report progress as noted in <br />I ('NAM0313 ) <br />8of22 <br />(April 8. 2013)
