All exhibits <br />will be provided to the City of Santa Ana for review and approval. Upon approval, City of Santa Ana will prepare all <br />required legal descriptions and plats required to describe and negotiate the procurement of required easements. <br />Task 1.02 - Project Surveying Services (to be provided by others): URS will prepare a description and exhibit <br />identifying the area to be surveyed for the development of the project. Required surveying services will include the <br />following: <br />Survey Based Mapping 1 "=40' project site area, Mesa Drive from the intersection of Mesa Drive and Irvine <br />Avenue to Mesa Drive and Newport Boulevard South, Newport Boulevard South to Fair Drive. Base mapping <br />shall include identification of manholes and provide dips to inverts of all sanitary and storm drain facilities. <br />Ground surveys shall locate all existing surface utility appurtenances including but not limited to vaults, valve <br />cans, fire hydrants, street lights, power poles, storm drain inlets, etc. <br />The survey base map shall be provided in a digital format compatible with Microstation. <br />Task 1.03 - Project Pothole Services: URS will contract with SAF-r-DIG to perform utility potholing for visual verification, <br />identification, inspection, measurements, and vertical and horizontal location of the existing utilities not obtained during <br />the site survey. <br />Task 1.04 - Construction Documents/Specifications/Opinion of Probable Costs: URS will prepare final engineering <br />documents to include construction documents, project specifications and opinion of probable construction costs based on <br />the following: <br />• Title Sheet -1 sheet <br />• Project Details and General Notes - 1 sheet <br />• Site Layout and Equipment Arrangement -1 sheet <br />• Diversion Facility Layout and Details - 2 sheets <br />• Storage Complex Layout and Details - 2 sheets <br />• CDS Layout and Details - 2 sheets <br />• Pump Station Layout and Details - 2 sheets <br />• Electrical Layout and Details - 2 sheets <br />• Force Main Plan and Profile - 17 sheets <br />• Force Main Details - 2 sheets <br />• Erosion Control Plan and Details -11 sheets <br />• Traffic Control/Traffic Management - 10 sheets <br />• Structural Details-4 sheets <br />Sheet Count Total - 57 sheets <br />• Draft SWPPP <br />• Project Specifications <br />• Project Opinion of Probable Costs <br />Pagel 2 <br />T.\071\CITV OF SANTA ANA\URBAN DISCHARGE WATER DIVERSION (29880113)\2 - CONTRACTS\A.
