Results from 192 follow -up survey respondents. <br />3.3 Satisfaction with Services Received <br />3.3.1 Satisfaction with Services Received During Quarter of Registration <br />Telephone respondents rated their level of satisfaction with the services they received at the <br />WORK Center during the quarter that they enrolled on a scale from one to four where 1= <br />"Not at all satisfied" to 4= "Very satisfied." The majority of Santa Ana WORK Center clients <br />who provided a response indicate that they were "Very satisfied" with the services they <br />received at the WORK Center during the quarter in which they registered (n= 226; 58.0 %). <br />Another 31.6% (n= 125) report being "Somewhat satisfied" with these services. Nearly 10% <br />report being either "Somewhat dissatisfied" (n= 21; 5.3 %) or "Not at all satisfied" (n= 20; <br />5.1 %). Five survey respondents declined to provide an answer to this item. Treating this item <br />as a continuous variable, the mean satisfaction rating is a 3.43, less than halfway between <br />"Very satisfied" and "Somewhat satisfied." Respondent level of satisfaction is not related to <br />quarter of enrollment, the pattern of service utilization, or the mean number of times the <br />WORK Center was visited. <br />19F -301 <br />
