9PA <br />5.Endangerment, assault, or infliction of physical harm <br />The School Director, or designee, may immediately suspend any student whose conduct is perceived as <br />described above. <br />• Disciplinary process may also be initiated against any student based upon reasonable suspicion that the <br />student committed or attempted to commit, or assisted in the commission of, any of the following prohibited <br />forms of conduct: <br />1.Cheating, plagiarism, or other forms of academic dishonesty <br />2. Forgery, falsification, alteration or misuse of documents, funds, or property <br />3.Any disruptive or obstructive actions, including, but not limited to: <br />• The use of cell phones or other electronic devices for voice or text communication <br />in the classroom, unless permitted by the instructor <br />• Inappropriate use of electronic or other devices designed to make an audio, video, <br />or photographic record of any person without his/her prior knowledge and effective <br />consent while on school premises <br />• Failure to comply with school policies or directives <br />• Improper use of school Information Technology resources also warrant a disciplinary process. Such <br />actions include, but are not limited to: <br />1. Harassment <br />2. Libel or slander <br />3. Fraud or misrepresentation <br />4. Disruption or unauthorized monitoring of electronic communications <br />5. Disruption or unauthorized changes to the configuration of antivirus software or any other security <br />monitoring software <br />6. Unauthorized copying, downloading, file sharing, or transmission of copyright -protected material, <br />including music <br />7. Violations of licensing agreements <br />8. Accessing another person's account without permission <br />9. Introducing computer viruses, worms, Trojan Horses, or other programs that are harmful to <br />computer systems, computers, or software <br />10. Posting, downloading, viewing, or sending obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, hate related, <br />or other offensive material <br />11. Academic dishonesty <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
