It <br />stresses a people oriented environment where pedestrian and automobile traffic can co -exist on -site to <br />create an experience of urban activity in a safe and high quality setting. <br />City Place has been designed with the commercial component oriented to the west end of the site and <br />the residential component on the east. The site has been aligned to allow the development to have a <br />greater presence along all of the frontage streets. The location of the buildings along Main Street, a <br />commercial corridor, provides a link to the corridor and a visual connection to the Main Place shopping <br />mall. <br />75D -4 <br />
