In addition, this system is going to be upgraded allow <br />for every call to be automatically recorded and stored for easy retrieval without user intervention. (CBA) to perform delinquent collections <br />services. CBA has been servicing municipalities within the state of California for over 50 years. They are a <br />Minority Owned Business (MBE), a State of California certified small business, certified through the <br />California Public Utilities Commission (OPUC) and are licensed /authorized to collect in all 50 states.
