ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTADDENDUM Bristol Street Widening Phase IIIB— Washington Avenue to 17" Street proposed Project, occurring within an existing developed area, Project impacts are not considered adverse. Therefore, impacts to water quality would be similar to those identified in the 1990 FEIS/EIR. Mitigation Measures No new additional mitigation measures are required. b.) Substantially deplete groundwater supplies or interfere substantially with groundwater recharge such that there would be a net deficit in aquifer volume or a lowering of the local groundwater table level (e.g., the production rate of pre - existing nearby wells would drop to a level that would not support existing land uses or planned uses for which permits have been granted)? The proposed widening of Bristol Street, as addressed herein, would not result in increased water consumption and would not deplete groundwater supplies. No impact to groundwater supplies would result from the proposed Project. No mitigation measures are necessary. Impacts would be similar to those identified in the 1990 FEIS /EIR. Mitigation Measures No new additional mitigation measures are required. c.) Substantially alter the existing drainage pattern of the site or area, including through the alteration of the course of a stream or river, in a manner that would result in substantial erosion or siltation on- or off-site? The proposed Project would not alter the existing drainage pattern in the area. Storm drain improvements would include the relocation and/or construction of catch basins and lateral drainage lines as necessary. Therefore, implementation of the proposed Project would not result in a substantial erosion or siltation on- or offsite due to drainage alteration. No mitigation measures are necessary. Impacts would be similar to those identified in the 1990 FEIS/EIR. Mitigation Measures No new additional mitigation measures are required. d.) Substantially alter the existing drainage pattern of the site or area, including through the alteration of the course of a stream or river, or substantially increase the rate or amount of surface runoff in a manner that would result in flooding on- or off -site? Refer to response in 3.9 (c.), above. The proposed Project would not result in a substantial increase in impervious ground surfaces, and therefore would not increase the rate or amount of surface runoff so as to create on- or off -site flooding.
