condition as soon after July 1, 2018 as practicable, and in no event later than January 1, <br />2019. In that event, the City of Irvine will be able to withdraw in 2020 by providing <br />written notice of such withdrawal no later than July 1, 2019. For purposes of clarity, the <br />City of Irvine shall have the option to withdraw In 2030 and every ten years thereafter by <br />complying with the notice provisions In subsection (13)(1) above. <br />4. This Second Amendment amends, as set forth herein, the 1999 Amended <br />Agreement and the First Amendment and except as specifically amended herein, the <br />1999 Amended Agreement and the First Amendment shall remain in full force and <br />effect.
