Purchasing, maintaining, or subscribing to a system to track volunteers (to <br />include identification and credentialing systems, and to track volunteer <br />hours) and other available resources in compliance with applicable privacy <br />laws <br />Necessary non - structural accommodations to include persons with <br />programmatic and communications access needs (e.g., sign language <br />interpreters, Computer Assisted Realtime Translation (CART) and other <br />modifications of policies and practices to fully include volunteers with <br />disabilities) <br />Evaluating volunteers <br />Organizational activities supported with CCP funding are limited to 25 percent <br />(25 %) of the grantee's CCP funding. Organizational activities include hiring of <br />full- or part -time staff or contractors for emergency management activities <br />Activities Information <br />The following organization activities in support of public - private partnerships are <br />allowable expenses. <br />• Program management <br />- Salary for a dedicated liaison who acts as the primary point of contact, <br />coordinates the public - private partnership and ensures proper <br />implementation of the strategic plan <br />- Facilities, including meeting space and work space for private sector <br />liaisons. Grantees are encouraged to use free space /locations /facilities, <br />whenever possible, prior to the rental of space /locations /facilities <br />- Supplies needed to support regular communications and document <br />partnership efforts <br />• Utilization of standardized resource management concepts such as typing, <br />inventorying, organizing, and tracking to facilitate the dispatch, deployment, and <br />recovery of resources before, during, and after an incident <br />• Outreach and marketing to support recruitment, as well as sustain and increase <br />year around partnership efforts: <br />- Support for in- person meetings, events, and conferences that bring the <br />public and private sectors together <br />- Web -based and social media tactics (webinars, emails, newsletters, <br />alerts, databases, online collaboration tools, website development and <br />maintenance, etc) <br />- Traditional print and radio outreach (advertisements, localization of Ready <br />public service announcements, etc) <br />- Collateral (brochures, banners, fact sheets and other informational <br />material) <br />• Structures and mechanisms for information sharing between the public and <br />private sector: <br />- Tools, software, programs, and other mechanisms that support two -way <br />information sharing during normal and emergency operations <br />
