E. DISCUSSION OF THE DEPOT AT SANTIAGO, A PROPOSED 70 -UN11T MIXED <br />USE RESIDENTIAL PROJECY AT 023 NORTH SANTIAGO STREET <br />Senior Planner Verny Carvajal provided an update of the 70 -unit mixed use <br />residential project with retail, community space, and underground parking. He <br />indicated that a subdivision map and site plan review will be presented to the <br />Planning Commission for approval. <br />Todd Cottle with C &C Development provided an update on the proposed project <br />highlighting the four -story design, architecture /materials, elevations, court yard <br />type, parking, the project will be 100 percent affordable, and indicated that public <br />outreach efforts will continue. <br />Commission expressed support of the project. <br />PROCEDURAL RULES <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />1. DENSITY BONUS AGREEMENT NO. 2014 -01 <br />Todd Cottle, with Orange Housing Development Corporation (OHDC) and C & C <br />Development (C &C), is requesting approval of a density bonus agreement in <br />conjunction with the rehabilitation of a 10 -unit apartment building.
