The final number of intersections and segments will be determined based on <br />sensitivity analysis. <br />b. The traffic study should include the provision of conceptual layout plans for proposed <br />improvements / mitigations. This is essential to validate the feasibility of <br />implementing improvements. <br />c. Determination whether streets within site will be private and designed to City of Santa <br />Ana Standards for street design. <br />d. The study to include locations of possible signals or signal modifications. <br />e. Based on familiarity with the study area and field visit, the traffic consultant is <br />encouraged to expand, if necessary, on any items of the foregoing scope of work <br />items. <br />f. Specific assessment of project access intersection at Santa Clara Avenue shall be <br />prepared. <br />g. The foregoing scope of work is based on one site plan. Said site plan proposes full <br />vehicular access onto Lyon Street to the south and access to Santa Clara from the <br />western portion of the site. The exact site layout has yet to be determined. Specific <br />traffic assessment must be conducted to address the impact on adjacent residential <br />street and neighborhoods. <br />Current posted speed limit on Santa Clara is 40 mph. The street is also heavily traveled <br />throughout the day. The traffic analysis will assess traffic conditions on Santa Clara and the <br />ramifications of adding traffic from the project as well as other conflicting volumes. <br />
