Our Project Manager will follow each of these factors throughout <br />the duration of the project <br />Deliverable: Project Status Updates, as stated in Task 1.2 <br />TASK 1.2: Update Maintenance and Rehabilitation History <br />Bucknam will review all city provided maintenance projects that have been completed since the <br />last major PMP update (i.e. 2011). These records will be assessed and entered into MicroPAVER. <br />Our staff will generate an updated work history report for City review and compliance. The City <br />will provide Bucknam with the most recent PAVER 6.5 database (.e65 file). <br />Deliverable: Citywide Work History Report <br />TASK 1.3: Conduct Pavement Condition Survey <br />Once the pavement segmentation has been assessed and <br />verified, the inspection of approximately 105 MPAH centerline <br />miles will be performed per ASTM D6433 -11 and OCTA <br />guidelines. <br />City of Santa Ana Street System Network: <br />• MPAH —105 centerline miles (2014 survey) <br />o Survey will exclude private streets, Orange <br />County unincorporated areas and State <br />Highways <br />o Recently slurry seal and overlay maintenance will reduce the amount of <br />necessary survey, Bucknam will coordinate mileage and cost reduction with City <br />prior to survey <br />• It is also noted that the City may elect to survey on Local and Alley sections. We have <br />shown the additional optional costs within our proposed fee to demonstrate these <br />efforts. <br />o Locals -317 centerline miles (optional survey) <br />o Alleys — 28 centerline miles (optional survey) <br />Our survey methodologies will include the following approach based on the City's cost and <br />benefit analysis: <br />3 -3 <br />
