The results indicate that the intersections of La Veta <br />Avenue at Parker Street, Town & Country Road at Parker Street, and Town & Country Road at <br />eastbound SR -22 Ramps are forecasted to operate at LOS E or LOS F during both peak hours under <br />General Plan Buildout conditions without the proposed project.
