Qualifications, Related Experience and References Company Ownership and Structure Founded in 1917, HDR is an employee -owned, "S" Corporation incorporated in Nebraska. HDR has performed work for California clients since 1960 and has been registered with the California Secretary of State since June 18, 1985 (Corporation Number 1279161).
