Office or its successors. This section is not intended <br />to authorize the transfer of nor does it transfer any <br />control of the curriculum or other programs of DISTRICT <br />at the PARK beyond the restrictions contained elsewhere <br />in this Agreement. <br />(4) All planned DISTRICT'S facilities and operating agree- <br />meats shall receive prior approval of the U.S. Depart- <br />ment of the Interior, Heritage Conservation and Recrea- <br />tion Service, Pacific Southwest Regional Office, or its <br />successors. <br />(5) DISTRICT'S facilities shall be fully compatible with <br />CITY'S and COUNTY'S recreational program and planned <br />development of the PARK. <br />(6) No additional cost burden to CITY or COUNTY shall be <br />created because of DISTRICT'S activities at the PARK. <br />D. Nothing contained in this license or in any document related <br />hereto shall be construed to imply the conveyance to DISTRICT of <br />rights in the premises which exceed those specified in this Agree- <br />ment or the covenants, conditions and restrictions stated in said <br />Exhibits "B" and "C ". <br />E. DISTRICT shall commence construction of all facilities set <br />forth in "Exhibit E" and authorized by this License Agreement <br />within Ninety (90) days after the date of the award of contract <br />by COUNTY pursuant to the Agreement dated January 14, 1976, as <br />amended, between CITY and COUNTY as aforesaid, or within Ninety <br />(90) days after the date of execution of this Agreement, which- <br />ever occurs later. <br />F. It is understood that title to the PARK was conveyed to CITY <br />by Quitclaim Deed from the United States of America; and if, for <br />any reason whatsoever, the Federal Government should retake <br />4 <br />
