Microfilm Rolls. <br />• Each microfilm roll is in a box and generally includes SAFD incident report documents <br />in date sequence for a date range, usually 6 months. <br />Document Name -Each roll will be scanned and stored as one document, using the <br />following naming convention from information identified on the roll label: <br /><Date Range> Incident Reports <br />Use YYYYMMDD — YYYYDDMM format for the Date Range. <br />Example: 19740101 — 19740630 Incident Reports <br />Also there may be some rolls that are labeled with 'Dispatchers Report of Alarms" or <br />similar (typically 1 or 2 per year). The following naming convention should be used <br />for those. <br /><Year, Date, or Date Range> Incident Reports Dispatchers Report <br />Example: 1974 Incident Reports Dispatchers Report <br />• Folder Structure — A top-level "Fire" folder will be created which will contain an <br />"Incident Reports" sub -folder which will contain ten year range sub -folders.
