No Management Member or Medical Marijuana Collective shall make or <br />cause to be made a false complaint about any other Medical Marijuana Collective <br />to the City or any City employee, officer or official. <br />110 Appeal process. <br />A. If a City department determines that a Business License holder has <br />failed to comply with any provision of this Chapter, or with any other provision or <br />requirement of law, the Business License Division shall revoke or suspend the <br />Business License in accordance with the provisions of this Code governing <br />business licenses. <br />B. The Business License Division shall notify the holder of the Business <br />License of the revocation or suspension by dated written notice. Such notice <br />shall advise the Business License holder of the right to appeal the decision to the <br />City Council. The request for appeal shall be in writing, shall set forth the specific <br />ground(s) on which it is based and shall be submitted to the Business License <br />Division within ten (10) calendar days from the date the notice was mailed along <br />with an appeal deposit in the amount of $1,000.00. <br />C. The City Council shall conduct a hearing on the appeal or refer the <br />matter to a hearing officer, pursuant to the hearing provisions of this Code, within <br />thirty (30) business days from the date the completed request for appeal was <br />received by the Business License Division, except where good cause exists to <br />extend this period.
