Unless otherwise agreed, the review <br />and comments will be provided within the turn - around time specified in the <br />final Project Schedule. <br />Deliverable 3.2.1: City Comments <br />Task 3.2.2 Cost - Benefit Analysis <br />This task will entail incorporating the City's comments to produce the final <br />cost / benefit analysis. <br />Deliverable 3.2.2: Cost - Benefit Analysis <br />Task 3.3 IT Strategic Plan Implementation Roadmap <br />Task 3.3.1 Draft ITSP Implementation Roadmap <br />This task will entail providing the IT Strategic Roadmap to implement <br />strategic IT initiatives. This task will entail producing a 5 Year Roadmap of <br />phased and prioritized initiatives, including the acquisition / <br />implementation of strategic business technologies. This task will articulate <br />"when" initiatives will be deployed in the IT Strategic Roadmap, illustrating <br />the overall framework for procuring and deploying strategic business <br />technologies that are technically sound, financially viable, sustainable, and <br />will be implemented and managed to provide more effective and efficient <br />support of the City's business functions. This task will produce a 3 to 5 <br />year IT Strategic Plan addressing the following: <br />• Vision <br />• Guiding Principles <br />• Core Values <br />• Prioritized ITSP Initiatives : 5 Year Plan <br />• ITSP Implementation Timeline <br />• ITSP Budget Estimate <br />• IT Business Operating Plan <br />This document will be provided to the City for review and comments. <br />Proposal <br />© 2014 25 <br />ThirdWave 11400 W.
