Environmental Analysis <br />UTILITIES AND SERVICE SYSTEMS <br />Impact 5.14 -2 <br />Refer to Mitigation Measures 14 -1 through 14 -3. <br />Impact 5.14 -3 <br />Refer also to mitigation measure 7 -1 in Section 5.7, Hydrology and Water Quality, repeated below. <br />7 -1 Prior to issuance of grading permits for future development projects in the Harbor Corridor <br />Plan, applicants shall submit site - specific hydrology and hydraulic Studies to the Public <br />Works Agency for review and approval. If existing facilities are not adequate to handle <br />runoff generated by the proposed development, then the applicant shall construct storm <br />drain improvements. If necessary storm drain upgrades cannot be implemented prior to <br />issuance of occupancy permits, the applicant shall provide onsite detention facilities, or <br />other methods to ensure that post construction runoff does not exceed pre development <br />quantities. <br />5.14.8 Level of Significance After Mitigation <br />The mitigation measures identified above would reduce potential impacts associated with utilities and service <br />systems to a level that is less than significant.
