Santa Ana Blvd. Grade Separation <br />HAZ -2 Perform a comprehensive survey for asbestos - containing materials, lead -based <br />paint, PCBs and mercury switches during the final design phase at the buildings proposed <br />for acquisition. <br />HAZ -3 Subsurface investigations are deemed to be unnecessary on Temporary <br />Construction Easement parcels.
