We have included within this <br />proposal provisions for plan revisions, clarifications, meetings and time constraints necessary to obtain <br />any City Building and Electrical Permits. The City will be responsible for processing the plans with <br />the City departments for all necessary City permits. <br />Task 3: Update Specifications and Estimates <br />Tetra Tech will update the specifications for modifications based on the EIR as well as the City <br />comments to the plans. The Contract Documents will need to be updated due to delay. Section 01010 <br />will need to be revised to be consistent with the EIR and the traffic concepts included in the FIR. The <br />following technical specifications will need to be modified; demolition; dewatering; instrumentation <br />and monitoring; cast -in-place concrete; epoxy coating of the floor; ventilation equipment; odor control <br />facilities; sewage grinders; pumps; check valves; manual valves; meters; VFD; and electrical <br />components. Update the cost estimates based on the updated plans. <br />Task 4: PLC Panel Design and Control Strategies (Enterprise Automation) <br />Enterprise Automation will provide specifications and drawings for the functional automation system <br />to be included within the contract documents for the San Lorenzo Lift Station. In addition to providing <br />a functional automation system, Enterprise Automation will also: continue the process of developing <br />documentation formats and standards that can be re -used on future City projects; ensure that the City's <br />control requirements for the City are documented and implemented; ensure that the facility operates as <br />intended by the City; and ensure that as -built documentation for the control descriptions and PLC panel <br />are provided at the conclusion of the construction. <br />The following scope of work includes design phase activities and construction phase activities <br />
