SERVICE NAVIGATOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />A. Provide technical assistance and eligibility training to all providers. <br />B. Track and maintain program /provider performance goals. <br />C. Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local WICA rules, <br />regulations and goals. <br />D. Collect eligibility documentation and certify WICA eligibility. <br />E. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all W10A documents as required. <br />F. Maintain an automated client tracking system. <br />G. Refer all eligible youth to appropriate W10A Youth Service Providers. <br />H. Assist in the recruitment of potential WICA participants to Youth Service Provider Network. <br />I. Coordinate co- enrollment among Youth Service Providers. <br />J. Active participation in the Santa Ana Youth Council. <br />K. Coordinate (and provide as needed) 12 -month follow -up services to providers & participants. <br />L. Process payment for services within 60 days of receipt. <br />M. Conduct an annual fiscal monitoring of Youth Service Providers funded under W10A. <br />on -going <br />P.
