Santa Ana Blvd., <br />Suite 200, Santa Ana, CA92701. <br />Proposals must be ;physically received by;the due date,': Proposals that do not meet this deadline will not <br />be considered. Postmarked gnvelopes not physically received by the deadline will not be accepted. <br />Proposals and amendments to proposals submitted after the due date will be rejected by the City as <br />non responsive and returned to the proposer. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals. <br />Refer to page for RFP Schedule. Questions that arise prior to the <br />Bidder's Conference will be answered at the meeting and made available on the SAWIB and City of Santa <br />Ana websites: www.santaannawib.org and www.ci.santa- ana.ca.us /bids -rfps. Deadline to submit <br />questions regarding the RFP is March 12, 2015. <br />REJECTION OR MODIFICATION OF PROPOSALS SUBMITTED <br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, and is not liable for any pre - <br />contractual expenses such as expenses incurred by the proposer in: (a) preparing the proposal in <br />response to this RFP; (b) submitting that proposal to the City; (c) negotiating with the City in any matter <br />related to this proposal; (d) any other expenses incurred by proposer prior to date of award, if any, of <br />the contract. Offer shall not include any such expenses as part of the price as proposed in response to <br />this RFP. The City of Santa Ana may waive any minor defects in a proposal. <br />19D -16 12 <br />
