VIII. Civic Engagement or Leadership Development <br />A. Can your organization offer a civic engagement opportunity or leadership <br />development opportunity for WIOA youth and other youth in the community, if so, <br />please describe. <br />B. Indicate the number of youth that will participate in the civic engagement or <br />leadership development opportunity. <br />C. Special consideration for organizations that can leverage funds to provide services <br />to non -WICA youth participants. <br />V. Supportive Services <br />A. Include a flow chart or visual aid or brief explanation of how your organization will <br />meet the following WIOA Performance Indicators: <br />1. Percent of participants who are in education or training or unsubsidized <br />employment during the 2nd quarter after exit. <br />2. Percent of participants who are in education or training or unsubsidized <br />employment during the 4th quarter after exit. <br />3. Document the median earnings of participants in unsubsidized <br />employment during the 2nd quarter after exit. <br />4. Percent of participants who obtain recognized postsecondary credential <br />or secondary diploma during participation or within 1 year after exit. <br />5. Percent of participants who, during the program, are in education or <br />training that leads to a recognized postsecondary credential or <br />employment AND who are achieving measurable skills gains. <br />6.
