7. Maintenance VCN Partner will provide access to HOC or its agents or designee to <br />access the VC computers for VCN related software upkeep, update <br />and maintenance. <br />b) HOC will be providing the following for VC: <br />1. Train VCNPartner HOC will train the counselor(s) identified by VCN Partner, who <br />Identified Counselor(s) to will join the VCN as VC. <br />be VC <br />2. Triage and Refer Client(s) HOC will refer client(s) who seek counseling services provided by <br />to VCNPartner's VC(s) VCN Partner through the VCN. The client(s) coming through the <br />through VCN VCN will be referred only if VCN Partner's VC(s) are available on <br />mutually agreed upon days and times to take the referral through <br />3. HOC Provided Resources <br />the VCN. <br />HOC agrees to provide the following to VCN Partner: <br />• Setup VC(s): <br />o Software <br />Real-time Collaboration Software <br />HOC Instant Messaging Service <br />Data to VC & VCN Partner: <br />o Data (personal demographic data) provided by client to <br />HOC <br />HOC might also provide VCN Partner other additional resources, <br />as deemed fit by HOC, in order to enable VCN Partner and its <br />VC(s) to provide VCN Partner Services, and to make referral <br />through the VCN. <br />4. List VCNPartner HOC will list VCN Partner as a partner on the VCN. <br />S. VCNPartner Point Person VCN Partner will designate one (1) or more person(s) from VCN <br />for VCN Partner as the point person with whom VCN Support Staff, on an as <br />required basis, work with them to ensure all VC are trained prior to <br />joining the VCN, VCN software are connected properly to the VC <br />computer, and assist them to troubleshoot other VCN operational <br />issues. <br />6. Maintenance HOC will do VCN related software upkeep, update and <br />maintenance. <br />7. Troubleshooting VCN HOC will assist VCN Partner's VC(s) to troubleshoot issues that <br />Related Issues might arise when using the software installed on the VC's <br />computer. <br />
