A SIP revision has be <br />developed for this area by the local air quality a; <br />transportation planning agencies, but that STP revision has n <br />been approved by EPA. The mobile emission analysis of the area <br />air quality management plan, included in the proposed S <br />revision is based on a Regional Transportation Plan (and Progra <br />that includes this project.
