• Gillian Flagg, representing Goodwill of Orange County, request <br />consideration of application. <br />• Kathleen Bowman, representing WisePlace, outlined proposed <br />services to be funded with Community Development Block Grant <br />funds. <br />Mayor Pulido closed the Hearing. <br />Council discussion ensued. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Sarmiento, reflected on current process and opportunity <br />for non -profits to provide community services; thanked all who applied; <br />Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission proposed <br />recommendations; requested consideration to include and augment two <br />applicants not recommended for funding - Goodwill OC and Illumination <br />Foundation. <br />City Manager Cavazos indicated that he would bring back matter for City <br />Council consideration for funding of both organizations in a total amount of <br />$80,000. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Approve the proposed Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Community <br />Development Block Grant Program; <br />2.
