1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />request. <br />16.2 Staff Duties and Qualifications: <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide the following described staff positions: <br />16.2.1 Workforce Specialist II (SA WIB CM) <br />Duties: <br />16.2.1.1 Determines applicant eligibility for workforce <br />development programs, manages a caseload, advises Participants of career and <br />training opportunities, develops Participants' employment plan, and is <br />responsible for Participant outcomes. <br />16.2.1.2 Oversees Participant job search activities and <br />program enrollments, identifies and develops job opportunities appropriate to <br />Participants, and uses a computer to track Participant progress. <br />16.2.1.3 Markets services to employers and to job - <br />seekers, conducts employment /job sector workshops, gives presentations and <br />prepares informational materials, and maintains contacts within the business <br />community to provide employers with qualified candidates. <br />16.2.1.4 Monitors employment rate /employee retention rate <br />and customer satisfaction rate and develops plans for improvement. <br />16.2.1.5 Monitors eligibility and program files to ensure <br />compliance with Federal and State regulations, including WTW regulations: <br />performs site visits, and maintains details records and writes reports. <br />16.2.1.6 Collects and compiles data to generate detailed <br />technical reports, writes articles, and prepares publications regarding the <br />WIB to the public. <br />16.2.1.7 Organizes and implements WIB sponsored events, <br />participates as a team player, and applies principles of Total Quality Service <br />in all activities. <br />(WRR0415) <br />Page 19 of 25 <br />(April 7, 2015) <br />
