No absences are allowed (including <br />excused absences & Leave of Absences). <br />Credential/Certification Incentive $50 <br />CM must successfully earn a state -recognized credential or certification. <br />Driver License Incentive $75 <br />CM must obtain a Class B or Class C Driver License while enrolled with the OCCC. <br />CAHSEE Incentive $100 <br />CM must pass the CAHSEE exam while enrolled at OCCCt OCCCCS . It is acceptable for the CM to have passed one of <br />the two CAHSEE tests prior to enrolling at OCCC/ OCCCCS. <br />400+ CAHSEE Incentive $50 <br />CM must score a 400 or higher on either the MATH or ELA CAHSEE CAHSEE exam while at OCCCCS. <br />Education Program Incentives $100A <br />$100B <br />$100A for HS Credits Completion & $100B Graduation Ceremony Attendance and Requirements Fulfillment. CM must <br />earn a High School Diploma while enrolled at the OCCC/OCCCCS. <br />Placement in Employment, Post -Secondary Education, or Training $25A <br />$26B <br />$25C <br />CM must attain employment and submit proof (A). Participant must submit proof of employment after 6 months (B). <br />CM must submit a class schedule as proof of enrollment (A). Participant must submit proof of completion of one semester <br />with at least a 2.0 GPA (B). <br />CM must submit proof of employment after 12 months (C). Participant must submit proof of completion of two semesters <br />with at least a 2.0 GPA (C). <br />Completion of Work Readiness Curriculum/Career Exploration/Life Skills Activities $60 <br />CM must complete all workshops assigned and submit completed checklist. <br />Parole/Probation Discharge Incentive $50 <br />CM must be discharged from probation or parole while enrolled at OCCC. <br />Achieve Measureable Skills Gains $50 <br />CM must obtain measureable skills as defined by WIOA section 116(b)(2)(A)(ii). <br />Open a Bank Account $50 <br />CM must open either a checking or savings account while enrolled at OCCC. Participant must submit proof of new <br />account. CM will not be eligible for existing accounts or opening additional accounts. <br />Program Completion Incentive $50 <br />CM must earn/complete at least 5 program elements (incentives) above.
