services, FSE & GRE inspections, program information and outreach, expert review and advice to City <br />staff, maintain maps, records, and an array of related technical support services. The Core Requirements <br />and Deliverables are listed below and represent the central work efforts the Consultant will be <br />responsible for performing for the FOG Control Program. <br />D. Core Requirements and Deliverables (Stated Fee basis) <br />Consultant shall provide the following deliverables in accordance with established procedures as <br />dictated by the Program Manager or designee. Turnaround time shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar <br />days per assignment unless otherwise specified by the Program Manager or designee. The Consultant is <br />expected to be knowledgeable in environmental protection and treatment, especially as it relates to <br />sewage systems and FOG control. <br />Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) and Sewer System Management' Plans (SSMP). <br />The consultant shall be knowledgeable with the State's environmental compliance regulations <br />including the Sanitary Sewer System Waste Discharge Requirements issued by the Water <br />Resources Control Board. The consultant shall provide environmental compliance services <br />including: <br />• Performing the City's 2017 SSMP Audit as required by the WDR regulations, assessing <br />the effectiveness and perfonnance of key WDR programs, and preparing a report of the <br />findings and recommendations. <br />• Preparing the City's 2019 SSMP Update as required by the WDR regulations utilizing the <br />2014 SSMP update and 2017 SSMP audit as foundations. <br />• Providing quarterly WDR training and advising City staff on emerging issues, revisions <br />and additions to the SSS WDR. <br />• Develop SSO contingency plans for the City's two sewage lift stations. <br />• Develop a sewer system maintenance (cleaning) program and schedule which prioritizes <br />sewer main cleaning based on parameters such as topography, condition of pipe, flow <br />characteristics and historical inspection analyses. The proposed sewer maintenance <br />program will optimize cleaning frequencies and resource deployment. Deliverables will <br />include cleaning program maps in PDF format and in GIS format compatible for use with <br />the City's infraMAP software. <br />Providing SSO response support, including data analysis, volume estimating, reporting, <br />etc. <br />City of �%V.41410'RIfi 15 -072 <br />
