As mentioned before, all Sharp and Canon equipment will only use OEM parts <br />and supplies. If the City of Santa Ana requests OEM toners for the HP devices, C3 <br />may accommodate the request with a higher per -click charge as described in <br />our proposal pricing. <br />14. C3 is an environmentally friendly company. By choosing C3, The City of Santa <br />Ana will receive recycling services in which a box is provided with free freight to <br />collect all your toners, regardless of manufacturer. Sharp has been awarded <br />SmartWay's Excellence Award for the third consecutive time. Sharp products <br />are energy star compliant and uses LED technology, uses low fusing <br />temperature, and the fuser is idle when not being used (which does not affect <br />warm up times). These all contribute to lower energy usage and is the best in <br />class compared to any other comparable product from another manufacturer. <br />15. Supplemental Information: C3 also offers sales and service for Interactive Digital <br />Monitors, LED -LCD monitors, projectors, document management systems, <br />document solution integration, facilities management, as well as business <br />consulting. <br />Soff ware Details <br />C3 will use FMAudit as our Data Collection Agent (DCA) to monitor toner levels, meter <br />counts, and device status to proactively manage the fleet of printers as well as <br />connected multifunctional devices on the network. Data from locally connected <br />devices can also be collected, provided that the Local Print Agent application is <br />installed on each computer connected to a local printer. Typically, triggers are set at <br />25% toner capacity to alert our staff of a toner replenishment order; however, C3 will set <br />the threshold for toner orders to accommodate The City of Santa Ana's needs. <br />1. The City's Microsoft NT Network is compatible with all tracking features of our <br />monitoring system. In addition to the information above, FMAudit operates on <br />port 80, 21, or 443, as well as through a proxy server (as deemed necessary by <br />the City of Santa Ana and S.A.P.D.'s network security) during client- specified time <br />intervals. Your network requires no altercations or modifications to the existing <br />security and upholds the integrity of said networks. Data collection consists of <br />page counts, device description (configuration) and device status and is <br />collected via SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and ICMP (Internet <br />Control Message Protocol). Standalone workstation is not needed to run the <br />Printer DCA monitoring service and discreetly runs in the background for end - <br />users' convenience. <br />2. C3 will delivery toner only if machines are networked and reading on FM Audit <br />Billing and Reports <br />C3 will provide monthly billings with included copies and prints in one single invoice. <br />1.
