WHEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as <br />follows: <br />1. Paragraph (1) of subsection C of section 2 <br />of the Joint Powers Agreement is amended by deleting the <br />figure "5:30 p.m." wherever it appears and inserting in <br />place thereof the figure "4:30 p.m." <br />2. Paragraph (1) of subsection D of section 2 <br />of the Joint Powers Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br />"(1) "Host City" Defined <br />Each party hereto shall be the "Host City" <br />under this F re�me.:t in alternating calendar years. Orange <br />shall be the Host City in 1985." <br />3. Paragraph (2) of subsection D of section 2 <br />of the Joint Powers Agreement is amended to read as follows- <br />"(2) Chairman <br />Unless otherwise <br />board, the Mayor of the Host City <br />governing board.
