e) Provide a CIS Data Analysis Report which details TriTcch's findings, and provides specific actions that <br />are required to overcome /correct any issues which are preventing the map data from being successfully <br />loaded. <br />1) Prepare and submit a TCR. <br />7.3.3.3 Client Responsibilities <br />a) Provide data in the required format, per the Final Project Schedule. <br />b) Provide data to include 1) Centerline data; 2) response areas; 3) viewable /cosnnctie layers. <br />c) Review TriTcch's CIS Data Analysis Report. <br />d) Based on TriTech's CIS Data Analysis Report, make needed changes to mapping data to allow the <br />resulting GIS data to meet TriTech's mapping data requirements. <br />e) Review and approve the appropriate TCR. <br />Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when (i) TriTech and the Client mutually review the content of the <br />TriTecGIS Data Analysis Report, <br />7.113.1 Mapping Data Conversion and Import <br />TriTech will perform a Mapping Data Import that provides maps for the Inform CAD system. This process <br />does not include making any corrections to the Client GIS data. If the GIS data consists of data from more <br />than one source, TriTech will not be responsible for joining these areas, or "stitching" the areas to create a <br />uniform geographic area, <br />7.3.3.3.2 Configuration of Mapping Layers <br />A TriTech GIS Analyst will configure up to 7 standard CIS layers each for viewing on Inform CAD and <br />Inform Mobile, Such conversion activities will be part of the training process to allow the Client to add their <br />own layers to the map displays in Inform CAD and Inform Mobile. The standard layers are limited to the <br />following: <br />1- Water line features (rivers, streams, creeks) <br />2- Water polygon features (ocean, lakes, ponds) <br />3- Schools <br />4- Railroads <br />5- Parks <br />6- City Boundaries <br />7- Deployment Boundaries <br />7.3.4 Inform Mobile Map data Import <br />The process of Inform Mobile Map Data Map Import converts the Inform CAD streets data into a format that <br />can be used by Inform Mobile. This process also includes adding necessary map layers for the Client. <br />7.3.A.i TriTech Responsibilities <br />a) Provide the initial configuration services to enable use of Inform CAD Quickest Path Unit <br />Recommendations functionality. <br />28 <br />25B -74 <br />
