Note: The Inform FBR Administration Training is provided to a specialized group within the.Client's <br />team during the course of the Project to assist them with the initialimplementation of the <br />System, as well as the maintenance of the System on a routine basis, This training will be <br />provided before "c(mtlircting the FAT foi• Inform FBR. <br />7,7.2.1 TriTech Responsibilities <br />a) Schedule the Inform FBR Administration training in accordance with the Client's availability and the <br />Project Schedule. <br />b) Prepare and distribute the meeting agendas and documents for Client review or completion to all <br />required attendees two weeks prior to each meeting. <br />c) Conduct the meetings based on the distributed agenda. <br />d) Provide an electronic copy of Inform FBR user manuals <br />c) Provide standard training sessions on the methodology for establishing user roles, creating templates, <br />and structuring workflows in Inform FBR. <br />f) Prepare and submit a TCR upon completion of the training. <br />7.7.2.2 Client Responsibilities <br />a) Provide facilities to hold the training activities. <br />b) Ensure participation of the appropriate personnel. <br />c) Upon completion of training create personnel registrations, user roles, templates, and structure desired <br />workflows in Inform FBR, <br />d) Review and approve the applicable TCR. <br />7.7.3 Inform FBR System COnfiguratian <br />After successful completion of the Inform FBR Administration Training, the Client's Inform FBR <br />Administration team will complete the configuration of Inform FBR user roles, users, workflows, and <br />templates. <br />7.7.111 TrlToch Responsibilities <br />a) Be available to provide remote assistance and direction to the Client during the course of the <br />configuration. <br />b) Monitor the progress of this task to ensure timely completion of the configuration activities to support <br />the Project timelines. <br />7,7.3,2 Client Responsibilities <br />a) Complete the configuration of the production Inform FBR to support the Project t mehnes. <br />b) If necessary consult with TriTech on any questions that may arise during the data entry and configuration <br />activities, <br />7.7.E Inform F8RWJorkshop <br />After the Inform FBR Administration Training has been completed, the TriTech project team will conduct an <br />Inform FBR workshop session at the Client site. This session is intended to be an extension to the Infornn <br />FBR Administration Training to provide the Client with more extensive training on more complex <br />implementations. <br />52 <br />r - •• <br />
