Check starter contacts for wear as required. <br />Computer Room Air Conditioning Units: <br />1. Check all electrical wiring and connection as required. <br />2. Check and replace filters as required. <br />3. Check all electrical wiring and connections; tighten as required <br />4. Check starter contactor surfaces for wear as required. <br />5. Check compressor amps and record as required. <br />6. Check sight glass for moisture level as required. <br />7. Check operation of crankcase heater as required. <br />8. Lubricate condenser fan motor and fan bearings as required. <br />9. Check condition of condenser coil, clean as required, <br />10, Check belts for wear, replace as required. <br />11. Check and adjust compressor capacity controls as required. <br />12. Lubricate indoor fan motor and bearings as required. <br />13. Check humidifier for proper operation as required. <br />Boilers: <br />1. Provide annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection on two (2) Bryan Boilers. <br />2. Provide annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection on four (4) Hot Water Boilers. <br />3. Check boilers for proper operation as required. <br />4. Check and use boiler viewport to check main burner flame as required. <br />5. Turn off and secure boiler as required. <br />6. Check boilers for any unusual noise or vibration as required. <br />7. Inspect gaskets for any signs of leaks as required. <br />8. Examine the venting system as required. <br />9. Remove and / or inspect gas pilot assembly, reinstall in accordance according to factory <br />specifications and tolerances. <br />% Check boiler circulating pumps for proper operation and lubricate as required. <br />11. Check flame safeguard control for pilot and main flame ignition as required. <br />12, Check operation of blower motor and circuitry as required. <br />13.
