Thus, <br />environmental effects associated with the Performing Arts Building is not considered within this document. <br />CONSTRUCTION PHASING <br />Implementation of the proposed parking structure would occur in a single phase over the course of <br />approximately 12 months. The start of construction of the parking structure would be contingent <br />upon completion of the voluntary property acquisition process. As noted above, the Project <br />Applicant may utilize a portion of the parking strucmte site as surface parking as an interim use until <br />construction of the parking structure begins. <br />The tuning of construction of the 32- classroom building would be dependent on the availability of <br />funding. However, construction of the new classroom building would not occur until after <br />completion of the parking structure (i.e., after June 2017). <br />GOALS AND OBJECTIVES <br />Pursuant to Section 1512d(b) of the CEQ/1 Gzrielpliae,r, the EIR project description must include "[a] <br />statement of objectives sought by the proposed project.. -The statement of objectives should <br />include the underlying purpose of the project." <br />Statement of Facts and Findings 5 June 2015 <br />
