Prior to the issuance of grading permits, the <br />Applicant shall demonstrate to the City Engineer how the project operations subject <br />to that specification during hauling activities shall comply with the provisions set <br />forth in Sections 23114(b)(F), (e)(4). <br />AQ -3 Prior to issuance of any Grading Permit, the City Engineer and the Building Safety <br />Manager shall confrm that the Grading Plan, Building Plans, and specifications <br />stipulate that, in compliance Avith SCAQMD Rule 403, 03 precursor emissions from <br />construction equipment vehicles shall be controlled by maintaining equipment <br />engines in good condition and in proper tune per manufacturer's specifications, to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer. Maintenance records shall be provided to the <br />City by the construction contractor on a monthly basis. The City Inspector shall be <br />responsible for ensuring that contractors comply with this measure during <br />construction. <br />Short -'Term Cumulative Impacts.
