PWA— Maintenance Services Division <br />• Develop EAMS workflows based on the needs identified for each division. <br />Deliverable: A detailed report to include findings dealing with potential applications, necessary data, required <br />resources, and identified workflows. Provide for one review - and -edit cycle of the document with the City <br />EAMS Project Team. <br />Citywide Needs Assessment <br />Minimum requirements to include with Proposal Option Nos. 1 and 2 <br />Objective /description: <br />• Inventory and review the existing Asset Management operations in the City, based on industry best <br />practices. <br />• Identify a master list of all assets by type /category managed by the entire City to be included in the EAMS. <br />• Identify potential new EAMS applications and resources, e.g., hardware, software, data, and staff. <br />• Conduct a Citywide needs assessment for data and functionality in the departments listed below. <br />1. Parks and Recreation <br />2. Personnel Services <br />3. Planning and Building <br />4. Community Development <br />5. Police Department <br />6. Finance and Management Services <br />7. City Attorney <br />8. City Manager <br />9. Clerk of the Council <br />10. Public Works Agency <br />• Develop EAMS workflows based on the needs identified for each department. <br />Deliverable: A detailed report to include findings dealing with potential applications, necessary data, required <br />resources and identified workflows.
