Maximize client engagement at all necessary levels (operations, maintenance, <br />and management) to ensure that the project deliverables meet the needs of <br />user base <br />2. Coordinate directly with the PGS Integrator and General Contractor to ensure <br />that all project standards and test methods are implemented <br />3. Specify and test everything, where possible and practical, prior to site <br />deployment to reduce the probability of rework being necessary in the field <br />Mt '0.� ! .. 'R <br />This section outlines the scope of work in the same order as presented in the RFP and <br />EA's cost proposal. The sub -sections presented here generally follow the <br />chronological order of the project. <br />4A initiation and Management <br />EA will provide a project manager who will be the main point of contact for the City. <br />This will help ensure accurate and effective communications and decisions. <br />The PM will perform all commercial, budget, and project tracking related updates <br />through the life of the project. The labor estimate for project management is the <br />initiation phase plus a fixed percentage of all other engineering hours (as shown in the <br />estimate). <br />Key Project Management Activities are: <br />1. Point of contact <br />2. Project scheduling <br />3. Project status tracking (daily/weekly) <br />4. Project status communication to the City <br />5.
