Railroad and Lincoln Avenue as more <br />particularly described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and Incorporated herein by reference; <br />and provided that said district does not include any street on Its outer boundary and said <br />district does not include 1st Street and sections of any street abutting non - residential uses <br />within said district's boundary. <br />Section 3. Permit parking restrictions shall apply to all portions of the Logan <br />Neighborhood, unless excluded by section 2 of this resolution. Permit parking restrictions <br />shall apply to those portions of the Logan Permit Parking District as are determined to be <br />In need of such restrictions by the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency, The <br />Executive Director of the Public Works Agency is authorized to post appropriate signs <br />giving notice of permit parking restrictions in those portions of the District where permit <br />parking restrictions apply. <br />Section 4. The parking restrictions imposed pursuant to said Article XI and this <br />resolution shall apply to any block within the Logan Permit Parking District only after a <br />petition signed by the owners of sixty -six percent (66 %) or more of the residential lots <br />abutting such block have filed a petition with the Executive Director of the Public Works <br />Agency expressing their desire for such parking restrictions, and after signs indicating the <br />parking restrictions on such block have been erected in accordance with said Article XI. <br />Section 5. No person shall park or stop any vehicle on any portion of any street, <br />at any time, within the Logan Permit Parking District as to which signs have been erected <br />indicating the application of permit parking restrictions and the specific nature of the <br />parking limitation, except persons and vehicles exempted from such parking restrictions <br />pursuant to Article XI and this resolution. <br />Section 6. Persons entitled to a permit in locations subject to permit restrictions <br />pursuant to this resolution include and are limited to the following: <br />a. Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and who resides In a <br />single - family dwelling located on a lot in the District which does not have more than one <br />dwelling unit located on it, provided that not more than three permits may be issued at <br />any one time to the residents of any one such dwelling unit. <br />b. Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and who resides in a <br />multiple- family dwelling located on any lot In the Logan Permit Parking District which does <br />not have more than four dwelling units located on it, provided that not more than one <br />permit may be issued at any one time to the residents of any one such dwelling unit; and <br />provided further, that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency may waive the <br />foregoing limitation on the number of permits and dwelling units on a lot if he or she <br />Resolution No. 2016 -xxx <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />55C -6 <br />
