Section 5 <br />Alternative 1: No Federal Action/No Project <br />Under Alternative 1, the project would not be implemented. There would not be <br />any construction activity occurring that could have the potential to adversely <br />impact sensitive vegetation communities at Centennial Park or at the Heritage <br />Museum. <br />Alternative 2: Proposed Project <br />Centennial Park <br />Under the Proposed Project, the project components would primarily be <br />constructed below existing paved parking areas and roads or within the footprint <br />of existing structures. The locations where the proposed construction activities <br />would occur do not contain any sensitive natural communities. The <br />implementation of the Proposed Project would not result in adverse impacts to <br />any sensitive natural communities. <br />Heritage Museum <br />As shown in Figure 6, the construction activities for the monitoring well would <br />occur on an existing dirt parking area. The construction of the monitoring weal <br />would not adversely impact any sensitive vegetation communities. <br />Alternative 3: Reduced Intensity Alternative <br />Centennial Park <br />Under Alternative 3, the locations where the proposed construction activities <br />would occur do not contain any sensitive natural communities. Potential impacts <br />to sensitive vegetation communities would be at the same level as the Proposed <br />Project and would be less than significant, <br />Heritage Museum <br />Under Alternative 3, the locations where the proposed construction activities <br />would occur do not contain any sensitive natural communities.
