NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />• Compliance with all current codes, standards and ordinances is required. <br />REHAB / ACQUISITION / ON -GOING COMPLIANCE <br />• Compliance with all applicable codes (federal, state, and local) is generally required. Some pre- existing, <br />non - conforming conditions may be allowed as long as required permits were obtained and they meet the <br />minimum standards described below. <br />MINIMUM STANDARDS (REHAB / ACQUISITION / ON -GOING COMPLIANCE) <br />• The grading and drainage of a site shall be free of any adverse conditions determined to be a health and <br />safety risk. <br />• The ground shall slope away from buildings, structures and adjacent properties. <br />• Water from downspouts, surface gutters and shall be directed away from building foundations. <br />• Drains and piping shall be clear of leaves, earth and debris. <br />• The site shall be free of excessive ponding and stagnant water. <br />ON -GOING COMPLIANCE <br />• Deficiencies that pose an imminent threat to public health or safety must be addressed immediately. <br />SITE <br />PAVING <br />\ tip% 1�: Qit/ e\ 'b�Z7 ►�L�ti1 /_ \'bY1�17b \INIY�[I <br />NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />• Compliance with all current codes, standards and ordinances is required. <br />REHAB / ACQUISITION / ON -GOING COMPLIANCE <br />• Compliance with all applicable codes (federal, state, and local) is generally required.
