Further, we invite our community stake holders
Larry Christian
(colleagues, developers, funders, other agencies, and the City of Santa Ana) to provide what resources
Old RemNic Tits
are available for this endeavor. With this letter of
support we encourage the City of Santa Ana, and all agencies with such ability, to consider and facilitate
the transfer of these parcels to the CLT, in order to spearhead development that will be affordable,
inclusive, and meet such urgent local needs as housing, open space, and economic opportunities.
Affordable Housing Clearinghouse stands ready to assist in such efforts to reduce income inequality,
expanding economic opportunities for low-income residents of Santa Ana and all of Orange County. We
look forward to assisting SABHC in fulfilling this mission.
Sincerely,
2M.
