Further, we invite our <br />colleagues, developers, funders, other agencies, and the City of Santa Ana, to <br />provide what resources can be made available for this endeavor. We pledge the <br />support of our own organization for future development efforts on land acquired by <br />this CLT. Together, we can create sustainable development that benefits all Santa <br />Ana residents. <br />Trish Concannon We believe in the principals embodied in the Community Reinvestment Act, <br />Fashion Business Incorporated designed to encourage commercial, financial, and institutions of all kinds to help <br />meet the needs of borrowers in all segments of their communities, including low - <br />Rudy Espinoza and -moderate income neighborhoods. Congress passed this Act in 1977 to reduce <br />Leadership for Urban Renewal <br />Network discriminatory credit practices against low-income neighborhoods and encourage <br />sustainability and self-reliance in low-income communities. <br />Veronica Flores <br />Community Health Councils <br />We are aware that the City of Santa Ana currently owns at least 90 vacant lots, as <br />Elizabeth Stewart <br />well as other underutilized properties, some of which are viable for donation to the <br />Tim Karp <br />CLT.
