On a weekly basis, CHS will collect all certified payroll reports (CPR) from <br />the Prime Contractor. All documents are date-stamped upon receipt. CHS <br />designated staff will provide a thorough, accurate examination and review <br />of the payroll earnings and deductions reports that are submitted and will <br />compare them to the appropriate wage determination/wage rate sheet and <br />the applicable craft/classification to assure Federal prevailing wage <br />compliance. Also, we will verify that all non -tax deductions are legitimate <br />and have been authorized by the employee or court decree. Furthermore, <br />we will verify that workers have been properly paid for any overtime hours <br />worked at the project. <br />In addition, CHS will verify that any worker listed on the certified payroll <br />that receives less than the published journeyman wage is registered in an <br />approved apprenticeship program and is in possession of a formal Federal <br />certification. <br />s Certification for Applicable Fringe Benefit Payment <br />Certificate of Understanding and Authorization <br />Federal Payroll form <br />Statement of Compliance <br />s Record of Employee Interview <br />Mail Employee Interview form <br />14 <br />
