CHS will document, in writing and in a timely manner, any discrepancies
that will require action by the Prime Contractor and/or subcontractors.
Any deficiencies in wage compliance shall also be brought to the
immediate attention of the Client.
The Prime Contractor will be given an opportunity to address outstanding
issues and/or make any wage restitution. The Prime Contractor or sub-
contractor may provide additional supplemental payroll records to indicate
that the proper payments of prevailing wages have been made.
