6. Provide the location for your Cash Vault for armored car deliveries. The City <br />requests the latest armored car pick -up time available to ensure same day <br />credit, but no earlier than 12:00 p.m. What are the required delivery times to <br />ensure same day credit? Are there extended hour charges? If so, what are <br />the normal hours vs. extended hours? Can this service be paid with Account <br />Analysis? <br />The City will contract pick -up times with the armored courier. Same day deposit <br />cut -off times are listed below. <br />Cash Vault services are billable through Account Analysis, no extended hours fees <br />are applicable. The City will need to continue to contract independently with an <br />armored courier service provider and this service will need to be paid for directly <br />by the City. J.P. Morgan can not process the charges for this service through <br />Account Analysis. Any changes to the City's current armored courier service <br />provider will need to be approved by the bank. <br />The following are the cutoff times for the Los Angels vault: <br />• Cash -Only Deposit Deadline for Same Day Credit: 8:0o p.m. <br />• Mixed (Cash and Check) Deposit Deadline for Same Day Credit: 3:30 P.M. <br />• Check -Only Deposit Deadline: 3:30 p.m. <br />7. Describe the Bank's procedure for handling deposit adjustments. What <br />documentation is provided on discrepancies? Is the documentation different <br />for cash deposits and check deposits? What is the minimum adjustment <br />amount? How quickly would support documentation of a deposit discrepancy <br />be provided? <br />As a current customer the City will continue to receive your deposit adjustment <br />notifications in the same way you do today. Deposit adjustment notifications may <br />be delivered via U.S. Mail or via email. If you wish to change or revisit the current <br />process we would be happy to discuss with the City. <br />8. Describe the Bank's returned items handling and notification procedures. Are <br />items automatically re- cleared? How quickly are the returned items sent to <br />the City? Is this information available on -line? <br />Deposit return notifications may be delivered via U.S. Mail, via email, or both. As <br />a current customer the City will continue to receive your deposit return <br />notifications in the same way you do today. If you wish to change or revisit the <br />current process we would be happy to discuss with the City. <br />9. Describe your change order service. How quickly can change orders be filled? <br />J.P. Morgan offers automated coin and currency ordering services. These options <br />are available through all vaults and branches. The City may request change <br />orders as the need for coin and currency arises, establish a standing order online <br />or via telephone using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) or through our Web <br />Currency Services ordering platform. <br />Page 43 J.I .
